What is a cervical pillow?
A cervical pillow is a contoured pillow shaped to support the head and neck while you sleep. Ours uses a butterfly shape with raised sides and a lower centre dip, so there are different areas to rest on.
Which model should I choose?
Both models use the same butterfly idea. The Butterfly model is about 61.5 x 34 x 13 cm and the 2-in-1 Contour model is about 62 x 41 x 13 cm, so choose by the space you have on your bed and how wide you like your pillow.
Is the cover washable?
Yes. The pillowcase is removable and can be washed. Follow the care label on the cover for the best method.
Is it suitable for side, back and stomach sleepers?
The shape is designed with different areas for different sleeping positions. Comfort is personal, so use the pillow for a few nights and adjust how you position it.
Is this a medical product?
No. It is a comfort pillow and is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you have ongoing neck or back pain, speak to your GP or a physiotherapist.
How much is delivery and when will it arrive?

Can I return it?
Under UK consumer law you can cancel and return most items within 14 days of receiving them. Contact us with your order number and we will send the return details. If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will help.
